Don Weintraub is ranked within the top 5% of agents in the Seattle area and when you work with him you will understand why.  His mission is to educate clients about the evolving real estate market and negotiate the best housing solutions in a cost-effective manner.  Don is very active in the community and was recently appointed by the Mayor of Bellevue to serve on the Wilburton Citizen Action Committee.  One of his favorite things to do is welcome new residents to the community, and the relationship does not end when the sale closes.  Real estate is not just Don's profession but also his hobby.  He has purchased, sold, rented, or renovated over 25 homes in the last 11 years. Don's clients include employees of Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Expedia, Boeing, IBM, as well as actors and entrepreneurs.  He has substantial experience in real estate investing (including short sales, foreclosures, renovations) and this experience makes him a preferred broker for investors around the world.  Don also has considerable experience with high rise condominiums and HOA's having served as board President of a premier property for three years. It was during this time that Don helped negotiate a multi-million dollar settlement between the homeowners and the property develop.
